Welcome!
Our club, a registerd association, is the union of graduates, students, friends and sponsors of the landscape architecture and planning Department of the Technical University of Munich. On October 11, 2007, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Landscape Department, the Landscape Alumni Club was founded at the Technical University of Munich and is headed by Prof. Dr. Udo Weilacher.
Goal setting of our club
- Promotion of the further development of teaching and research in the field of landscape architecture and landscape planning at the Technical University of Munich.
- Enlivening the connection between the TU Munich, its students and graduates.
- Exchange of experience and information with study and professional colleagues as well as with university members and students in order to support teaching and research, professional training and professional practice.
- Nationally and internationally effective public relations work for landscape architecture and landscape planning at the Technical University of Munich
Activities of the Alumni-Club Landscape
- Regular meetings and conferences to exchange information
- Annual publication of "nodium", the magazine of the Alumni-ClubLandscape (free for members!)
- Excursions
- Annual award of committed students with the "Prize of Engagement of the Alumni-Club Landscape"
- Regular information for members about current developments in the field of landscape at the Technical University of Munich
- Maintaining contact between teaching, research and practice in order to build up an excellent internal and non-university network
